How to: Hire

Funding your fashion addiction without breaking the bank.  Which is why we made renting the perfect dress for your next event not only worth it but easy.

Step 1

Browse our collections by style, size or occasion via Instagram or our website to find the fit that screams “YOU” and secure the fit by following the prompts.

Step 2

Between 3-5 days prior to your booking commencement date you will receive an email with postage information containing tracking of your garment.

Step 3

When the dress arrives we strongly recommend looking over the piece and try it on to ensure you are satisfied with the garment. Should you not be satisfied please contact us immediately.

Step 4

Enjoy the garment and tag us in any photos or stories uploaded to Instagram to receive $$ off your next hire.

Step 4

Check over the garment and ensure that the garment has incurred no physical damage that will require repairs. If the garment insured damage during your hire please contact us immediately so we can notify the next renter and prepare for the garments repairs upon return.

Step 5

Fold up the garment and place in the postage return bag you were supplied. All returns must be handed in to Australia post over the counter b y 3:00pm the next business day after your event.

In an urgent case where you are unable to go directly in to an Aus Post directly, the parcel must be placed in the YELLOW EXPRESS post box by 3pm the next business day (usually the Monday if you have hired for the weekend). Please note that posting via the post box means that you may be liable for missing or late delivery fees as it delays it’s return by 1-2 business days and can impact other rentals.

Well…here’s to looking a million bucks without spending it!

HOT TIP FOR BOOKING

  • Book your garments arrival for at least 1 day prior your event. This is to ensure it's arrival to you in time and avoid potential postage delays. If your booking date and the event date are the same we take no responsibility for postage delays.
